Asst. Director has used the Talkido to teach how to interact with her teacher.
Recording a phrase related to the activities was easy with the DIY cards provided with the system.
Using the DIY cards has allowed us to customize the language model provided when she places the card over the Mio device.
These cards were attached to visual cues that were part of her daily activity schedule.
The portability of the Mio device that activates the recording is a big advantage.

"One of the advantages of the Talkido system is the portability of the Mio device that activates the recording. This has allowed us to better teach social approach to the conversational recipient by moving the location of the Mio device. We look forward to exploring other options that the system provides!"
