Does the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The Talkido app is available on iOS/iPadOS and Android. One adult account can manage the content for your child's Mio.
Can my child accidentally delete recordings or change the settings?

Talkido is designed so that the child's experience stays simple while adults manage recordings and settings through the app. Your child can interact with Mio without needing access to those controls.
Can siblings, parents, or therapists record different voices?

Yes. You can personalize recordings with familiar voices, including parents, siblings, caregivers, teachers, or therapists.
Where are my voice recordings stored, and who can access them?

Recordings you create are stored on your Mio device / in your private Talkido account. They are used only to play back on your Mio and are not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
